OK... in chatting to Solluk last night I was persuaded (roped in?!) to do some back up to Naira for the ID Cards.  I do photo manips all the time as my hobby is photography and the ones I could see that needed doing were these.  Solluk asked me to redo the Lyra one

If it's okay with my captain I will not be DH as I am returning to the site and I don't want to displace the player already in SBC sec. Can you remove that part of my ID card?

To pre-empt Naira, and so I can update SBC's roster, I'd like to confirm whether this would entail a rank change to Lieutenant.
Customarily (as you know, having been around longer than I), Lt. Cmdr. as a rank is reserved for DH and higher.
