Character Bio: Born and raised on a Civilian cargo ship, Chris spent his youth helping his father maintain the ship's equipment where he learnt that a ship is a like a living creature with different aches and pains that flair up from time to time. In his early teens Chris developed an interest for piloting the ship which he considered to be more interesting than just fixing the ships old warp core over and over. Despite enjoying piloting the vessel Chris always returns to the engine room to help maintain the systems with his father.

Chris never knew his mother as she was killed in an accident when he was a baby. After his fathers death when he was 18 Chris began to wonder what else there was in the galaxy for him to do as every nut and bolt on the ship reminded him of his father which he was struggling with. After Chris turned 21 he decided to join Star Fleet after learning that his father always wanted more for him than to run cargo routes his whole life.

As this is your first character with us, in order to reach the rank of Ensign, you will be  invited to take part in our officer training course, (which can easily be completed in a day or two).  Lt. Cmdr William Waring will be in charge of running your course.
