Character Bio:

Oxford was named after the city he was born in. His mother a medical doctor, his father an archaeology professor at the university.

He stands 6'2" tall and weighs in at 195 pounds, he has an athletic built.
His eyes are blue, his hair ash blond.
He has an outgoing personality and has little trouble making friends.

After leaving high school Oxford's family expected him to join the medical profession and where stunned when his joined Starfleet academy.

While at the academy his majored in Security operations and minored in Operations management.

Out of work, he enjoys hiking and discovering new places, new people.

Brown felt the ACB release his body, taking a deep breath, he wished he hadn't, The smell of death and decay was everywhere. The bodies lay in a  haphazard fashion, like someone had dropped them.

Bending to examine the closest body, Brown saw evidence of large amounts of energy weapons blasts, however had fired the weapons had used the corpses as targets.

Moving  towards the large building to his right he  could  hear the screams as he approached, looking across to the  rest of the team he could see the same sickened faces as his own.
