Do anyone have RL plans for tomorrow?

Our restaurants are finally open and I'm trying to decide if I will go out to eat or make something special at home.

So, I'm curious to know what you guys are doing.

No plans for tomorrow but am enjoying watching Star Wars on May the Fourth.

Since restaurants have NOT opened yet where we live, my fiance and I are going to attempt to remake our favourite Mexican restaurant's fajitas with shrimp, chorizo, steak, and chicken.

I made sandwiches for lunch for myself and my wife.  I used five grams of Mayo.

That is the extent of my Cinco de Mayo celebration this year.  ;-)

Perhaps next year will be better.

But I opted for shrimp taco as a local eatery.
There were pretty tasty!
