[Holodeck One]

Following their return to active service and the changes that had come with it, in terms of their careers. Liv had wanted to surprise her husband, now that they were settling into life aboard Challenger with their toddler son. So with Elijah in the care of their new sitter Emily, Liv had gotten changed into a silver strapless backless dress with a split up the left side, with matching heels and left her now long red hair loose, before leaving for the holodeck.

She had told Kyle to meet her there, so she could completely surprise him with what she had planned and allowed her to add any finishing touches to the programme. Once she reached the holodeck and instructed the computer to start the programme, Liv felt the all too familiar feelings of excitement and anticipation of spending some quality time with her husband and stepped inside, smiling as she looked upon the scene that awaited him.

The first thing she did was have drinks ready for his arrival, then sat in full view of the doors, so she would be the first thing that he saw, apart from the setting.

It had been a while since Kyle and Liv had done a holo program together. They always turned out to be fun and exciting. He was told to wear casual dress so he was in a pair of khaki pants and a blue polo. He approached the doors and when they parted to allow him entry, his breath was taken away. The first sight his eyes fell on was his beautiful wife. then he took in their amazing surroundings. He walked over to her and took her hand to help her stand up.

"This is absolutely gorgeous." he said. "What's the occasion?" he asked.

The moment she heard the gentle hiss of the doors as they opened to admit her husband, made her heart race in continued excited anticipation. Then again the sight of Kyle, always had that effect on her and even after all of this time, he never failed to give her butterflies. As his eyes locked on her, that feeling intensified and she looked at him appreciatively at his choice of outfit. By the time he approached and took hold of her hand and helped her stand up, she smiled, with a slight glint in her eye, the kind of look that was only for him.

When he then commented about the setting and asked what the occasion was, she grinned as she answered him. " I'm glad that you like and no specific occasion, I wanted to surprise you with a romantic night away and celebrate being back where we belong".

"Night away?" Kyle inquired. "I take it we have a sitter for Little Man?" Kyle pulled her in close. "I'm liking this better and better every second." He leaned in and gave her a passionate, deep kiss. When they parted, he turned so that she was standing in front of him and they looked out at the water.

"This place is stunning, baby." he told her. "Where's it from?"

" We do indeed and I was hoping that you would say that" Liv replied as he pulled her in close, before kissing her passionately and so deeply. She immediately reciprocated, enjoying the closeness, until they parted.

She also was enjoying the way she was now standing in front of him as they looked out across the water.

Liv was happy to hear that he found it as stunning as she had when she picked it and was able to answer his question and add why she had settled on this one.

" Its from Bermuda, I was looking through romantic beach locations and I knew that this was the perfect one".

"Bermuda." Kyle repeated. "I like it. It definitely helps set a mood for a great night. Although, all I really need for a great night is you."

He squeezed her closer from behind and leaned down and kissed her on her neck.

Her husband always had a way with words, that made her act like putty in his hands, as if he knew exactly what to say and he never failed to make her feel wanted and loved. So when he told her that all he needed for a great night was her, she grinned, happy that he not only appreciated her efforts with the programme but also how she felt the same way.

They had such a close relationship that they knew how each other ticked and how it was just one of the many things that made them work so well together. " I agree it does and I can say the same about you, Babe" she said softly, before he squeezed her closer and kissed her on the neck. One spot she loved to have touched and so reacted to him with a gentle moan of contentment.

Kyle stood there with Liv wrapped in his arms and looked out over the amazing view. He flashed back to the day they had met when he went to repair a replicator for her. How had he gotten so lucky? They had just clicked and the rest, as they say, is history. They had been through so much together and she had stuck by his side through everything. Including his incarceration. He still hadn't been able to tell her about his accident while he was locked up. He wasn't sure how to broach the subject. All he ever wanted to do was make her happy. He squeezed her a little tighter. "I love you so much." he whispered into her ear before he went back to nibbling on her neck.

Standing there with the man she loved, enjoying the stunning view and each other, was one of those moments that she treasured. Their lives might be hectic at times but she wouldn't change that for anything, especially when they got to experience sights like this and make the most of their downtime.

She didn't want to be anywhere else right now, loving her husband's tight embrace and when he whispered into her ear, it sent a pleasant tingle down her spine. His words and their meaning, adding to this perfect moment. " I love you too" she replied softly, before he continued to nibble at her neck.

That was just the catalyst for what she was feeling right now and all thoughts about dinner and the rest of her surprise could wait for now.

As Kyle held her close, his hand began sliding down her back as he took in every curve of her body that he had come to love and know over the years. As he reached down and his hand brushed across her ass, it became apparent that the dress was the only piece of clothing she was wearing. His heart skipped a beat and his breath caught.

"Mmmm. Somebody made big plans for tonight, huh?" he teased.

It seemed as though Kyle, knew exactly what she was thinking and feeling in that moment, as he continued to hold her close, before his hand found its way down her back and he appreciated her every curve. Letting him know softly what effect it was having on her, especially when he moved down to her behind and judging by the way he then teased her, he had discovered another surprise.

" Mmm maybe, just wait till you see what else I have in store for you, after dinner" she teased back.

"Mmm. I don't know if I can wait until after dinner." he teased as he continued rubbing the silky dress over her bare rear end. "Sometimes, it's better to have dessert first." He turned her to him and leaned in for a deep passionate kiss, his hands never leaving her butt cheeks.

His continued teasing and the way he kept enticing her further, with his hands on just one of his favourite areas, Liv found herself not only reacting to him, but also agreeing with what he was saying. They had been together long enough now to know what each other really wanted and this teasing was just a part of how they kept the spark going.

" Mmm that is true and how can I deny you dessert first, when you make it so tempting" she replied, with that same playful glint in her eye.

When he then turned her to him, she responded to his deep passionate kiss, her hands now resting on his chest as his hands never left her rear.

They stood there embraced in each others arms enjoying the moment. It had been a while since they had gotten a chance to have some alone time together. The feel of her body. The taste of her lips. He was never wanted this time to end.

"Yeah." he said when their parted. "Definitely dessert first."

They may not of been able to have this kind of time until now, but Liv knew it would be worth it like always, as the embrace and kiss continued and she savoured, every second of it. Even as they then pulled apart for air, she knew that dinner was the last thing on their mind as Kyle made his playful comment.

Liv had a secluded spot saved for later, but that didn't mean that they couldn't use it now and after dinner, before she took them to their final surprise. So with that in mind, she looked at Kyle and grinned. " Oh definitely" she replied as she took hold of his hand and led him onto the sand.
