Together Forever & Never Apart (Kyle & Olivia)

[Olivia Briggs]

It wasn't as if she could deny or pretend otherwise when it came to Kyle knowing how she worked or when he spoke the truth. So when he called her one of the best distractions ever, she grinned.

" We both know that's so true and the same goes for you" Liv teased, noticing the way he wiped his brow and knew why he was doing it.

Although as he stepped to the side, Liv grinned again, knowing what he was up too, so made sure, that he got a decent view as she took her shot, not caring where the ball landed, at least for the moment.

After watching Liv's ass wiggle a little more, Kyle stepped over to the ferris wheel and removed his golf ball. He returned it the putting mat and took another shot. It made it through this time and stopped about a foot and a half passed the hole. He tried to play it cool and straight as he looked back to Liv.

"I believe it's your turn, my lady." he said.

With her teasing over for now, Liv watched as Kyle went to retrieve his ball from the Ferris wheel, appreciating the view, before he returned and took another shot. Not entirely looking where it landed and who could blame her, until he looked back and informed her that it was her turn.

" I believe you're right handsome" she said, giving him that look with the playful glint in her eye, as she then went to retrieve her own wayward golf ball.

Returning to the putting mat, Liv placed it down and took a second shot, glad that she had done slightly better this time as it landed, not far from her husbands.

" Oh look at that, your turn".

Kyle stepped over and putted his ball into the cup. He was really enjoying their little teasing and bantering back and forth. It had been a while since they had gotten to spent this much time together without anyone else around. His love for his wife and son grew in bounds every day. He felt a tug at his heart as he recalled their last date and he had informed her of his inability to father another child. He knew she had always wanted more. He watched as she walked over and prepared for her next shot. A noise off to his right caught his attention. "Hey Sexy. What do ya say?" he called with a nod of his head in that direction.

The continued teasing and playfulness, only seemed to make this date, even more fun as Liv took full advantage of watching Kyle take his second shot. She loved him dearly and getting to have this time together was always worth every second.

Thoughts turned to Elijah, who would be staying over at the sitter's, something she was yet to tell Kyle as she stepped forward to finish her shot. Although when her husband then drew her attention to the go karts, she grinned.

" I'd say, let me finish this shot and we'll go over, although I think we should make it interesting, with a little bet".

She knew that he wouldn't be able to resist as she turned to take the final shot and put the ball into the cup.

Kyle grinned at Liv's proposal.

"What do you have in mind?" he asked after watching her putt the ball into the cup and then bend over and retrieve it. It was always such a beautiful view.

Once she had retrieved the ball and ensured that Kyle has gotten a decent view. Liv then turned towards him, grinning at his response about her suggestion of making things interesting with the go karts.

" Well I have several things on my mind" she teased, then added. " Although for this, how about the loser makes dinner in bed, especially since we don't get Elijah back till tomorrow morning".

Deciding to let that particular piece of news sink in, Liv walked past him, in order to take back the club and ball.

They walked over to return their clubs and balls and headed for the go karts.

"Dinner in bed, huh? And no little man? I think I can manage that." he said as he agreed to her terms. "Let me start thinking about what I want." he added as they entered the gate and were led to their cars. "Do you need a head start?" he teased.

" I knew you wouldn't be able to resist an offer like that" Liv teased back as her husband agreed to her terms of the bet. Although once they were through the gate and he added about thinking what he wanted, Liv couldn't help but grin, especially as then teased her once more.

" I'm sure you'll think of something and as for a head start, you're just scared that I'll beat you" she replied playfully as she got into hers.

"Scared? Me? Never." he said fainting insult. They were strapped into their karts and led out to the starting line. "Dinner in bed. This is gonna be fun."

The lights turned green and they both slammed a foot down on the accelerator pedal. All Kyle saw was the back of Liv's kart as she pulled away and his car just sat their.

Liv simply grinned at Kyle's attempt to feign being insulted by her comments, knowing full well that she had caught him out. Still it was fun doing so as they were strapped in and led out to the starting line.

Although at Kyle's next comment, she grinned again as she answered her husband.

" It sure is" she replied, thinking that he was rather keen on the dinner in bed idea.

However once the lights turned green and she slammed her foot on the accelerator pedal, it was on, determined to make him work for her suggestion. Although as she got half way round, it became clear that Kyle wasn't with her or at least in her viewpoint.

Unsure as to whether he was doing it on purpose or not, Liv decided to continue for now.

With his engine stalled, the guy running the track ran out and got it started again.

"I'm so sorry, sir." he said as he had heard their teasing about a bet. "We can restart once she comes around if you want."

"Don't worry about it." Kyle said. "I had no intention of winning anyways. I secretly enjoy cooking for her."

He hit his accelerator once more and took off after Liv. He couldn't let her know he was gonna lose on purpose.

As she continued around the track, several things went through Liv's mind, especially where it concerned her husband, becoming convinced that he had done this on purpose. Then again, she realised that she didn't care, loving the fact that she was beating him regardless of the real reason, why he wasn't anywhere near. That was until she heard the roar of another engine and grinned, before calling out.

" Decided to show up have you" she teased as she put her foot down, a little more and sped off.

Kyle had begun closing the gap between himself and Liv but when she heard him coming, she sped up and started to pull away once more. He didn't mind. The view from the rear was still amazing. He couldn't wait to get her back to their quarters.

"It isn't over yet." he called back to her as he sped up more as well.

The fact that he was catching up to her, did little to deter Liv from her goal, knowing full well that even a small victory was enough to continue teasing him. How she loved to tease that man of hers and always enjoyed receiving the same in return. Although when he called back, it was difficult not to continue grinning or revel in their playful banter.

" Oh really, you better catch up to me then".

With the finish line in sight, Liv grinned once more and focused on crossing that line, not once easing off the gas until she made it over and came to a stop, ready for her husband's reaction to being beaten.
