If anyone would like to help the next generation of members, we invite you to become an Academy Instructor. We currently have openings for Operations, Medical, and Engineering. If you'd like to participate, please respond in this thread.

Since flight isn't open, do people have to be in the respective department to be an instructor of that specialty?

There is no requirement to be in the same department.
