The Most Powerful Class of Starship

This article has particularly caught my attention below and certainly given some thought.

While it describes the Vengeance from Star Trek: Into Darkness as the most powerful starship, people may be more inclined to say it doesn't count, either because it's actually a Section Thirty-One starship or that Abrams' Kelvin Timeline doesn't count or both. So, let's give some thinking here: Not counting Section Thirty-One nor the Kelvin Timeline, what do you think is the most powerful class of Federation starship? If it's regards to century, then it's okay to describe the most powerful starship per century between the 2100s and the 2400s.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all good at comparing ship strengths.
