Then comes the problem of transferring all of the threads and history of the Fleet to the new site.  Moving to a cheaper server has been suggested, but we're waiting on Chris Newberry to respond to that option since he technically still owns the site.

Can a new server handle that? I'm sorry, but I'm out of my element with computer stuff.

Okay after an Hour Conversation we gotten the Server Side sorted and Financially sorted beween the senior Flag Staff so were not going to loose the Server but the Fleet will be down for a few days for the transfer..........

Now for the other issues Gabriel Arthur made a suggestion and so I am going to put my Station Project on Hold for now as we need to resolve these other issues.

I think we need to be clear on roles and responsibilities of the senior staff.

There are apparently problems with the ships, but that's on an individual ship basis.  What I suggest is that a short questionnaire is put out to every player/character, who then sends it to one or two designated players who will put together a report.  That way, whatever is said on the questionnaire will be anonymous.

We briefly talked about bringing back the development project and bringing in a mentor or something.  Dunno if that's still going to happen or not.

I'll try to come up with more things.

I thought I did reply.  Oops.

I don't like the idea of dropping down the SIMMs, because then comes the question of which ships stay and which go. Taking a look at how they're run is the main point, I think.  Find out why they're not working.  Find a cure rather than apply a band-aid.

Dropping down to two sims would be a horrible mistake, in my humble opinion.

It would hurt Shadowfleet if anything and over crowd the remaining ships.

It would be a bad move.
